Due to the nature of our work we do not operate a regular land line phone service as the Webmasters can be out of the office with clients for most of the day, we also do not feel it is fair on you to be made to ring a Premium rate phone line to be kept waiting on hold or going through automated machine options till someone can take your call.

We do strive to get in touch with clients within the same day but due to Time zone differences with ourselves and clients it is not always possible, 3pm in the afternoon for you may be 3am here for us. Please also bear that in mind with E-Mail response times.
