Payments & Contact regarding Payments.
Payments can be by either Cheque or Paypal currently.
All payments and costs are calculated/to be paid to the equivalent amount in
GBP (£) so please ensure if you are an Overseas client that you send enough
monies to account for Currency exchange rates at the UK end.
Should you send a payment that is not the correct amount we will contact you and
inform you of the balance required to complete the transaction.
Payment by Cheque is subject to a clearance period upwards of 5 working days
upon us receiving the Cheque by mail.
Any costs incurred from bad/bounced Cheque's will be passed onto the client
account.
You will be given details where to send Cheques to when you have confirmed
you want us to undertake any work.
Please send a cover note with the Cheque confirming your Domain name and what
the payment is for along with any other requested information or details
regarding that payment.
Payment via Paypal:
We have recently been asked to include a payment option via Paypal as Overseas
clients (Non UK) find this a much easier method of payment for them and it is
often more convenient for people to use this service.

Due to the nature of our work we do not operate a regular land line phone
service as the Webmasters can be out of the office with clients for most of the
day, we also do not feel it is fair on you to be made to ring a Premium rate
phone line to be kept waiting on hold or going through automated machine options
till someone can take your call.
We do strive to get in touch with clients within the same day but due to Time
zone differences with ourselves and clients it is not always possible, 3pm in
the afternoon for you may be 3am here for us. Please also bear that in mind with
E-Mail response times.
